Take the audit →The William Temple Foundation is a research hub and think tank generating ideas about the impact of religion on civil society, wellbeing, politics, economics, and urban change.
Through our work we seek to:
- Develop understanding of key social concerns through original research, publications and training.
- Develop local and national networks to share experience, thinking and practice.
- Develop practical changes for faith, community, public policy, and academia.
Since 1947, the William Temple Foundation has sought to connect Christian social concerns to the realities of the secular world. We are a progressive organisation that seeks to engage a diverse range of religious and secular thinkers; working across disciplines including theology, sociology, economics and beyond. We bring together members of faith communities, clergy, civil society groups, activists, policy-makers, and academics to learn from one another.
